The Arizona Theatre Company new season
|
At the end of August, the Arizona Theatre Company reveals the amazing woman who has been cast in their upcoming production of The Lady with All the Answers.
There has been lots of buzz in the national theatre news about the casting of Kathryn Meisle in the production of Enchanted April. Tony-nominated actress Kathryn Meisle will play “Rose Arnott” in the production, right alongside her very own husband, Al Espinosa (who plays “Frederick Arnott”, “Rose’s” husband).
At the end of last week, ATC sang from the rooftops at ATC (sort of) that they are adding IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE: A Live Radio Play this winter (December 4 7, to be exact). Samantha Wyer will direct this holiday show, and they hope to have lots of local actors starring. More to come on this! This family-friendly addition will be performed as part of the Phoenix schedule only and will even offer $10 youth tickets ($35 mainfloor adult; $25 balcony adult). On sale September 2.
ATC celebrates the 2008-2009 Season on Saturday, September 27, 2008 with its seventeenth annual Gala at the historic Temple of Music and Art. Dine and dance under the stars with ATC artists, supporters and staff after a special performance of Enchanted April. This glittering black-tie event is ATC’s major fundraiser of the year to support education and community-based programs that enhance the theatre experience and foster artists and audiences for the future.
