January 20, 2016 @ 8:00 am - February 27, 2016 @ 5:00 pm UTC+0
Science Program, $3 admission days kick off Saturday
Children’s Museum Tucson celebrates 30 years with new family program
Give your brain a boost and enjoy reduced admission to the Children’s Museum Tucson this Saturday, January 30.
As a bonus, Saturday is also the first day of our new Family Brain Boost program. Family Brain Boost is a one-hour program at 1 pm every Saturday designed around the concept that science is everywhere. It is constructed to get grown-ups and kids excited about the science that is all around them. It will also help both kids and adults become more comfortable with scientific method and language, making science project time much easier! Brain Boost is included with museum admission.
Topics for upcoming Family Brain Boosts include:
Jan. 20: Bubbles
Feb. 6: Roller coasters and forces
Feb. 13: Engineering
Feb. 20: Catapults
Feb. 27: Magnets and slime
Find out more about Family Brain Boost and upcoming topics at ChildrensMuseumTucson.org.
Brain Boost is made possible in part by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
