American Liver Foundation Desert Southwest Division Hosts 12th Annual Flavors of Tucson
Tucson Top Chefs Prepare Exclusive Five Course Dinner to Raise Money and Awareness for Liver Disease

(Tucson, AZ) – The American Liver Foundation (ALF) Desert Southwest Division will host their 12th Annual Flavors of Tucson event at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 6:30pm. The event is presented by Banner – University Medical Center – Tucson to provide a spectacular gourmet experience, while helping to fund the research and awareness of liver disease.

The Flavors event provides guests with a unique opportunity to dine and interact with 18 of Tucson’s culinary experts as they craft a minimum five-course dinner, paired with fine wines and elaborate table décor. Top chefs will prepare an exquisite meal for tableside guests, infused with the flavors of their renowned local restaurants. Participating chefs include Co-Chairman Chef Ryan Clark, Agustín Kitchen, Co-Chairman Chef Ken Harvey, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, Chef Nate Ares, Commoner & Co., Chef Brian Burton, The Art Institute of Tucson, Chef Aris Cabrera, Quail Creek Country Club, Chef Javier Castro, Casino Del Sol Resort, Chef Eric Catalano, Lodge on the Desert, Chef Shane Cooprider, The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, Chef Jamie Eldredge, Noble Hops Gastropub, Chef Tyler Fenton, REILLY Craft Pizza & Drink, Chef Jason Jonilonis, Five Palms Steak & Seafood, Chef Jonathan Kupper, Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails, Chef Doug Levy, Feast Restaurant & Catering, Chef Patrick Malarchik, Union Public House, Chef Danny Perez, JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa, Chef Pascual Rodriguez, Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment, Chef Jonathan Stutzman, Omni Tucson National Resort and Spa, and Chef Bruce Yim, The Grill at Hacienda del Sol.

Tickets to the event cost $250 per person, or $3,000 for a table of 12. Throughout the evening, guests are encouraged to participate in both live and silent auctions for items donated by local businesses.
