Hotel Congress Presents: Whiskey Del Bac Dinner on September 17 at 6 pm. $59 (taxes and gratuity additional). Hotel Congress is teaming up with award-winning Whiskey Del Bac to showcase the perfect fare for their locally crafted whiskeys. This exciting dining experience features a four-course menu created by the culinary team of The Cup Cafe presented with unique and remarkable cocktails designed by lead mixologist David Clark.
This specialty dinner event will also celebrate the release of Hotel Congress’s 2nd edition private barrel whiskey crafted by Whiskey Del Bac – The East End Reserve. This cask strength libation, aged over 2 years, is the oldest barrel ever released by this local distiller. An exclusive amount of bottles will be available for purchase from the front desk of the lobby starting the night of the dinner. Look for this new spirit highlighted in signature cocktails at Cup Cafe and Maynards Market & Kitchen this fall!
