The lead actor in our fundraising trailer is also our leading man in the film, Brad Meyer. He is an excellent actor and super to work with. Brad will play Will Townsend, an enlightened man, artist, husband, lover.

Abby White

Abby White completed her BA in Theatre, but it was her senior project with Leah, Not Leia (2011) which catapulted her into independent film. Since then, she has appeared in a number of supporting roles, including in the features Lightning in a Bottle (2012) and …And Then YOU Die! (2013). Abby has a co-starring role in the science fiction feature Ezekiel’s Landing (2015). Recent local and regional commercial credits include Verizon Wireless (2014) and Visa (2014), as well as training videos for a variety of organizations.

Brad Meyer, actor Brad Meyer recently entered the world of film with a supporting role in the short film Yves Mineoux’s Last Request (2013) and a lead role in the Civil War feature The Battles That Changed Us (2015).

His career includes national and regional commercials for companies such as Pure Romance (2013), Belterra Casino (2013), Speedway (2013-14), and Ivy Tech Community College (2012).

He has appeared in magazine editorials for HerScene, TOPS, Cincinnati Magazine and on the cover of Indianapolis Magazine. Brad recently served as the Omega Watches brand ambassador to the PGA and will soon be seen in a major campaign by the NCAA.

Stardust & Moonbeams Supporting Actors Announced

We are thrilled to announce that we have now cast the supporting roles in Stardust & Moonbeams. There are four supporting characters altogether in this short film: two women, one man, and one teenage boy. It turns out that gentlemen go first, in this case, because they are the ones who have been cast first.

Ian Sargent Ian Sargent Phillips joins the cast to play Cary Gwynnart. Cary is the best friend of lead character Will Townsend as well as Beth’s cousin. His girlfriend is the other remaining supporting character, Janet Van Mirron, Will’s older sister.

Ian has a BA in film and has had lead roles in the short film Stephen (2014) and the action comedy feature Ninja Janitors (2014), which he also wrote and directed. His supporting roles include Just Another Summer (2015), Trunk (2015), and The Land (2015). With brief stints on shows like Empire (2015) and Chicago Fire (2014), Ian has also done production and stunt/double work on big productions in the Chicago area such as Man of Steel (2013), Transformers: Dark of The Moon (2012), and Mind Games (2014).
Jared winslow

The first supporting actor to be cast is 15-year-old Jared Winslow, who will portray 16-year-old Matt Sykes. His character is the younger brother of Cherilyn Sykes Fitzsimmons (another supporting role), best friend of lead character Beth Delkit Townsend.

Jared’s film credits include lead roles in the Civil War feature The Battles That Changed Us (2015) and the short films Spitball (2015),The Gangs of Clowns of New York (2015), and Travel Refreshed (2012). His supporting roles include Virtuoso (2015), Above the Fruited Plains (2015), and The Blue (2015). Among Jared’s other credits are The Friday Zone (2012) on PBS, the web series Mythic Waters: Shoki’s Bag (2015) and Silence (2013), and Trail’s End Popcorn (2010) national marketing and advertising.

Along with writing and producing Asylum, The Lost Footage (2015), Moli Hall has a lead role in that nationally distributed film.

Other lead and supporting roles include Indiana (2015), Burdens (2013), EZ Money (2005), and The Lil' River Rats (2003). She is very active in the commercial and voiceover community with regional spots for Subway (2012-2013), Verizon Wireless (2014), and Oliver Winery (2013-2014).

Moli has also appeared in magazine editorials for Wildheart Magazine, Rebelicious, and Giuseppina Magazine.

EMily Lantz
Emily Lantz is thrilled to make her debut in the world of independent film. Recently, she attended New York Film Academy and shot the short film Rob & Michelle (2013). She has been a dancer all her life, which has recently translated into the local theater community. Over the past three years, she has had roles in Company (Carmel Community Players), Guys and Dolls, A Chorus Line, Pippin, and Swing!, plus leading roles in Steel Magnolias and Moon over Buffalo (all at Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre).
