1. Your computer may not be have movie playing software compatible with our files.
2. Your security software may be blocking the file from downloading. Check your browser or firewall settings.
3. The movie server may not be responding or traffic requests are so heavy that requests have timed out. Your internet connection may have been dropped.
4. The Internet traffic is heavy and everything is slowed down.
Some people report problems while using the Safari brower (Macintosh). There may be a conflict with Quicktime. Try this:
1. open your hard drive in Finder
2. browse to Library
3. go to Internet Plugins folder
4. delete "quicktimeplugin.webplugin" folder (i.e. drag it to Trash)
5. re-launch Safari
