These movies are FREE! Since they are in the public domain, they can be played over the Internet. Most computers can view and download these movies, But, some do have problems.

These free movies can be watched online, or some can be downloaded to your computer to watch later. Not all movies can be downloaded, but all can be watched on line with dial up, broadband, DSL and cable TV, and streaming video. How to Watch Movies

MOVIE TIPS: It may take a minute or two for the movies to start playing, depending on the speed of your connection and computer. Please be patient for the start of the movie. Some will start very quickly, others may take longer.

Each movie home page has two modem play options (upper right hand box). Select either 64kb phone modem or 256kb for DSL and cable modem connections. How to Watch Free Movies.

These movies are streaming mpg and mpg4 files. That means, after a small buffer of space is built up on your computer, the rest of the movie plays seamlessly- without interuption. Can't View Movies?

Movie/video playing software must be installed in your computer to be able to watch any videos. Most computers have either Windows Media Player, Real Media or Quicktime. Learn more about Media Players.

Change your browser (if using Safari, try Explorer or Foxfire or Netscape).

QUICKTIME 7 NOTE: Some people are unable to download movies with the newer version of Quicktime. No remedy is available. But we are offering several new play options on some movies.

If you experience jerking in the picture and sound, or a very slow start it means the connection serving the movie and the Internet traffic is backing up. Improving Movie Quality
