Exclusive World Premiere of Television Ad for Britney Spears' New Fragrance fantasy BRITNEY SPEARS (TM)

Coincides with Launch of Britney Spears' Second Fragrance from Elizabeth Arden

It was announced that the television advertisement for internationally acclaimed music star Britney Spears' second fragrance from Elizabeth Arden, fantasy BRITNEY SPEARS (TM), will premiere exclusively on AOL on Thursday, September 15, 2005.

The spot, directed by Billy Woodruff, will coincide with the fragrance's launch at stores nationwide, including Macy's, Nordstrom and Sephora, on the same day.

Additionally, the commercial's television debut will air exclusively on MTV's Total Request Live on Friday, September 16th. The show airs at 5:00 pm EDT.

The print ad, photographed by Ellen von Unwerth, Jaimie Trueblood and 2A, will break in People and Entertainment Weekly in September 2005, followed by Allure in October, and Cosmopolitan, Glamour, In Style, Lucky, Self, Seventeen, Teen People and People Style Watch in November.

The fantasy BRITNEY SPEARS (TM) website http://www.fantasybritneyspears.com/ went live on September 15th. Fans will be able to download cell phone ringtones with messages from Britney, wallpaper for their phones and online games.
