Holidays at the Heard, Saturday through Thursday, Dec. 26-31

We’ve got just the thing after more than a month of holiday cheer: More of it, with Native culture. American Indian artist demonstrations, entertaining music, dance performances and hands-on activities will be in abundance at the Heard Museum.

Saturday, Dec. 26 through Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015 (museum open New Year’s Day but closed Christmas Day), 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

COST: Holidays at the Heard is included with general museum admission: $18 general admission, $13.50 seniors (65+), $7.50 college students with ID, $7.50 children ages 6-17, FREE for children 5 and younger, American Indians and museum members.

Anyone arriving at the museum during Holidays at Heard (plus Jan. 1-3) wearing a jersey (not a T-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie or polo shirt; it has to be a jersey) from one of the four college football teams in the Valley to play that week gets 2-for-1 adult admission into the museum and 10% off most items in the Museum Shops that day. (Already reduced merchandise, consignment items and items in Bruce McGee’s Collectors Room are not included. May not be used with any other discount. Offer ends Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016.)
