 The Night blooming cereus cactus
The spectacular desert nighttime Cereus cactus usually is in full bloom once a year. Most of the year, this 12 foot green single stalk stands sentry over the rest of the desert plants. The rare plant is often called Queen of the Night because of its striking beauty during the evening hours. It will only bloom at night.
