Tucson's downtown landmark movie theatre, Fox Theatre, has reopened after extensive remodeling.

First opened with great fanfare on April 11, 1930, the Fox Theatre eventually closed in 1974. The downtown shopping mecca had moved east to the newer El Con Mall.

The 75 year-old Fox was recently restored during a six year period. Read about Fox Theatre construction info.
