Jay Leno regained the host spot to "The Tonight Show" on March 1, 2010 with the Ricky Minor band.

In 2009, Jay Leno left as host of The Tonight Show to make way for Conan O'Brien, who was hosting Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Accordingly, a previous NBC agreement gave The Tonight Show to O'Brien in 2009. Now, Late Night is called Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

Leno had to leave. The Jay Leno was launched in September 2009, but canceled in Febrary 2010. But, Leno returned to host Tonight Show on March 1, 2010. O'Brien quit the Tonight Show and is now on TNT.
