California Trout is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year! To mark 50 years of taking action to ensure healthy waters and resilient wild fish throughout California, CalTrout will be hosting a free, fun-filled Anniversary Expo event. We hope you can join us.

Why: CalTrout is turning 50! In celebrating our first half-century of watershed stewardship across California, CalTrout’s anniversary is an opportunity to look back at what we’ve accomplished over the decades. These Moments That Write History showcase the broad influence a single accomplishment can play in protecting our precious natural resources.
The Expo is open to the public and it promises to be a day like no other. We’ll be fully embracing the CalTrout lifestyle, from inspirational discussions to prize-worthy games, a chance to practice casting, and interactive booths with Patagonia, Latino Outdoors, UC Davis Center for Watershed Sciences and many more.
Members of the media will have an opportunity to ask questions of CalTrout leadership during the event.
CalTrout’s 50th Anniversary Expo will also point toward the future. Our hope is to engage and inspire Californians to learn more about the importance of protecting healthy waters for native fish and communities throughout the state. We hope you can join us!
