The Civic Orchestra of Tucson, led by Charles Bontrager, performs a free concert featuring Max Bruch’s “Scottish Fantasy” with Timothy Kantor, violin soloist. Also on the program are Respighi’s “Pines of Rome” and works by Delius and Offenbach.
