JOIN US FOR A DIA DE LOS MUERTOS CELEBRATION fit for the whole family! This year, HSSA is hosting its very own Dia de los Muertos celebration event that will be filled to the brim with activities from decorating your own sugar skulls and making memory boxes to a special pet altar where you can celebrate the love and life of the furbabies who touched your lives. That’s just the tip of it all! There will be so many other activities and fun times to be had. We can’t wait to see you there!
This is a FREE event happening Saturday, November 5th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at HSSA Main Campus (635 W Roger Rd)

LOOKING FOR A PERFECT AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITY for your child? We have just the thing! This Wednesday, October 26, from 4:00-5:00 PM, HSSA is hosting a special Paws & Pages event for kids to help them improve their literacy skills by reading aloud to our shelter pets, who will also benefit from the event by getting to experience a calm and kind interaction with humans – something that will help them decompress and relieve some stress.
