The Tucson Premium Outlets and SAACA Announce the 2020 Concert Series Lineup

Tucson Premium Outlets and Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance continue their creative collaboration that brings free, monthly music to Southern Arizona.

Don’t miss some of Southern Arizona’s finest local musicians at Tucson Premium Outlets this year. A creative collaboration between Tucson Premium Outlets and the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance, the family-friendly concerts bring opportunities for local musicians to showcase their talents to the community.

The popular free concert series held monthly will feature a variety of weekly performances from local musicians and bands. The concerts will be held the final Saturday of each month from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Mountain Court at Tucson Premium Outlets. Coupled with delicious food from Market Hall and over 60 stores offering extraordinary savings, the evenings provide the perfect outing for the whole family.

Black Cat Bones
Blues and Rock
Tucson-based Blues and Rock five-piece band Black Cat Bones is making a name for themselves for their signature mix of classic blues and rock with R&B, featuring smooth vocals and blues jams. The band features Charles Pitts (vocals), Jeff Daniels (bass), Dan Laetsch (drums), Gary David (guitar), Richard Rivera (guitar). Fans of BB King and Johnny Winter will love this band. Saturday February 29, 2020 – 5 PM to 8 PM
Acerekó Trio
Cuban and Latin
Acerekó, co-founded by Guillermo “Bubba” Fass on congas and Enrique “Hank” Feldman on piano and vocals offers a musical experience unique in Southern AZ. From sultry Latin ballads to romantic Tangos, and upbeat salsa, you’ll be transported to the tropics. Acereko features Sean Gale on guitar, a rising star in the music world.

Kevin Pakulis and his Band
Americana and Blues
Americana singer-songwriter Kevin Pakulis is a master musician and storyteller. His award-winning edgy, guitar-driven compositions, delivered with plenty of raw energy, first earned him national attention with his debut release of Yeah Yeah Yeah. No Depression Magazine described the album as the “best of a genre.” Kevin’s songwriting ranges from introspective and reflective to satirical and political, rocking blues anthems to quiet acoustic pieces. Tempered by time, Pakulis’ latest record, Holliday, released summer 2018 focuses on themes of life in the Sonoran desert, love, and social disparity. Pakulis has opened for numerous major acts including Billie Joe Shaver, Willie Nelson, Leon Russell, Dwight Yoakam and Merle Haggard. Learn more about this group at

Eric Schaffer and the Other Troublemakers
Raised in the swamps of New Jersey, Eric Schaffer grew up listening to the iconic folk-rock singer songwriters of the 1960’s and 70’s. Those musical sensibilities are woven throughout his songs. His lyrics can be melancholy, witty or introspective, but they are always intelligent and articulate. Along with The Other Troublemakers (Bruce Halper, Troy Martin and Loren Dircks), Eric delivers a fun mix of classic country, Americana and original songs. Learn more about this group at

Santa Pachita
Latin Fusion Rock
Santa Pachita is a Tucson band that has been playing together since 2012. Guitarist, Miguel Reyes, and bass player, Victor Cruz, started the band after working together on other musical projects. They brought in talented musicians that have a variety of different musical backgrounds. The result is a danceable fusion of ska, cumbia, and rumba-salsa. The congas, flute, and trumpet add depth to the energetic music that is influenced by bands like Manu Chao. Learn more about this group

Michael P and the Gullywashers
Rock and Blues
Michael P and the Gullywashers, led by Michael P on guitar and his signature bluesy vocals, are a great dance band with vocal harmonies, interesting rhythmic arrangements, and a vast repertoire. Michael P. has been playing music around the world since the late 1980’s. Their repertoire covers classic rock n roll, funky RnB soul, to Country to Rockabilly and Swing. Funk and Rock
OnesAll is a dynamic funk/rock band from Tucson, AZ. This band, featuring a family of musicians, has opened for headline classic rock bands to progressive jazz artists. Whose Blues
Classic Blues
Whose Blues offers a mix of blues standards, bluesified rock standards, and other cool songs that happen to fit our style. Featuring Bluesman Jim Nashu on guitar and vocals and ace harp player/vocalist Terrence Kelly (TK), the band presents a very accessible program. Heart & Soul
Contemporary Rock / Pop with lots of Soul
Heart & Soul perform an eclectic mix of current music with their own unique spin ranging from Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, Ed Sheeran, to classics from Michael Jackson and some ‘80s music. Soul Essential
Pop, Rock, and Soul
Soul Essential plays the essential, danceable classics from Soul, R&B, Jazz, Blues and Funk. Covering repertoire from the 1960s to modern top 40, the band performs with a big venue sound and small room finesse. Heather Lil’ Mama Hardy Band
Blues, Rock, Funk and some insane violin!
Heather Hardy has been playing the violin for 46 years. During her long career, she has studied at the Manhattan School of Music under Raphael Bronstein as well as with well known Jazz violinist and author, Julie Lyonn Lieberman. Heather was inducted into the Arizona Blues Hall of Fame in 2001 and Tucson Musicians Museum in 2016. This recognition was certainly influenced by her 20 year collaboration with Sam Taylor, Jr., a legendary blues artist who was inducted into AZ Blues hall of Fame in 2000 as well as the Long Island Music Hall of Fame in 2006. Currently based in Tucson, her most recent CD release is “Heather Lil’ Mama Hardy LIVE in Tucson”. Learn more about this artist at
