Mad scientist Dr. Frank-N-Furter, Rocky Horror and other famous Rocky Horror Picture Show characters were part of the Halloween Horror Nights line-up at Universal Studios Hollywood(SM) "Rocky Horror Picture Show: A Tribute," featured as part of the Halloween Horror Nights event which began a 16-night run on October 2, 2009. The tribute brought the musical mayhem of the classic horror spoof to life on-screen and on-stage with live performers singing and dancing in the celebrated, outrageous "Rocky Horror" costumes. The tribute was interactive, featuring audience participation and guest involvement. The entire Halloween Horror Nights event at Universal Studios Hollywood has been re-designed for 2009. "Halloween Horror Nights" featured four all-new mazes, a new "Terror Tram" backlot studio experience as well as terrifying new "Scare Zones."
