Marana Spectrum This massive 1.3 million square foot retail shopping mall has been in the plans for years. It would be located at the new Twin Peaks interchange at I-10. It will sit on nearly 170 acres at the southeast corner of Camino de Manana and Linda Vista Blvd. The new interchange will reduce traffic from Cortaro and Ina Road exits.
