Free Movie FAQ Still Have Problems?

If you tried everything suggested in the FAQ pages and still cannot view movies, it may be possible that your computer or software is incompatible with these files.

Please tell us the movie title(s), your computer type, browser name (i.e. Explorer, Firefox, Safari), and operating system if you know. Some problems with Quicktime 7 have been reported.
