Las Vegas time share packages cut back emphasis now on vacation packages

Las Vegas timeshares promotions in 2011 have been almost eliminated by most time share companies due to the slowdown in the overall housing and real estate market.

The once popular Las Vegas free weekends in exchange for a lecture are gone- at least for now.

Instead, many of the timeshare offers by hotel chains like Wyndham, Marriott, Hilton and others are now packaged as vacation deals. The emphasis on hard sell has changed into a rush to fill empty rooms.

Las Vegas timeshare pitch better spent on a family vacation

The bright lights of Las Vegas draw tourists from across the nation and around the world, yet one night in a fine Las Vegas hotel was pricier than an unlucky roll of the dice.

The downturn in the world economy has hit the Las Vegas Strip. Complimentary of free stays, in exhcange to listening to an wonership sales presentation, are eliminated. Vacation package deals have now replaced time share promotions.

When you buy a timeshare in Las Vegas, you are prepaying for your future vacations along the city’s famous Strip by purchasing an interest in real estate there. That cost is often never recouped.

Another benefit of a vacation package is knowing that you have a place to stay in Las Vegas; you never need to base your travel time or the length of your stay on hotel availability.

Our research staff has found several replacement offers that have the benefits of a discounted vacation- without the timeshare presentation requirement.

Take advantage of these low rates while the time share and hotel industry is struggling. When the economy rebounds in 2012 or 2013, then the traditional timeshare presentation market should re-emerge.
