It's a great feeling when you walk in, real "old" New York Steak House.  This is simply one of the best restaurant's and best steak houses in the city; most likely in the country.   I had to have an early dinner as I had a performance to attend to that evening but I noticed a busy restaurant early into my visit with a lot of business people dining.

The waiter explained the different cuts of meat and the various dishes.  My guest and I decided on the lobster tails which were truly magnificent and the filet mignon was amazing.  Both entrees melted in your mouth.  As a side dish we enjoyed the creamed spinach.

The entire experience was magic on the tongue, tastes textures and visuals distinct and yet melting into blissful harmony.  Whomever is off carbs, I feel very, very sorry for you.

I could have tried all of the decadent desserts but I chose the Apple Strudel; just divine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
