Just like you, I have been searching for good, reliable web resources about the Book of Raziel. There isn't much available on the Internet. But, I did find some good web page links to sites that go in depth.

After more than 30 years study of Sefer Yetzirah and other Qabalistic texts, I am always skeptical of what I read, but these few sites offer some great perspectives. I always want to study what others have to say and compare it with other ideas and concepts including my own. Out of that comes the common denominator.

Wikipedia: Sefer Raziel HaMalakh, (Hebrew "Book of Raziel the Angel”), is a medieval Kabbalistic grimoire, primarily written in Hebrew and Aramaic, but surviving also in Latin translation, as Liber Razielis Archangeli, in a 13th century manuscript produced under Alfonso X.

Publisher: Weiser Books (December, 2000). Language: English. Although it is comprehensive and has translations of the text, there has been controversy over Savedow's translations. It is a good starting point if you can't read Hebrew.
