Can't View The Movies?

Sometimes, these movies may have problems and not play automatically.

If you clicked on a movie page and cannot watch a movie online, there are several possibilities.

Since many of these movies use a new code found in most browsers to play movies without any special software, the movie should be able to play.

If you see a broken "Q" in the space where the movie player should be, it means the link to the movie file is broken. This can happen when the original movie file is moved and the link is no longer active. If you come across a broken link to a movie, please email: [email protected].

Troubleshooting: Check to make sure:

1. Quicktime movie player is installed. Most movies use the Quicktime Movie Player. This software is installed on most PC's and Macintosh computers. It is provided free from Apple Computers.
2. Select a proper modem speed. Dial Up modems use 64kb speed link and broadband/DSL browsers can use the faster and larger 256kb speed. Wi-Fi connections are best for mobile users to avoid celluar data charges.
3. Make sure your Internet connection is active. Sometimes, your may be disconnected and not know it.If you are still unable to watch these movies:
4. Your computer may not be have movie playing software compatible with our files.
5. Your security software may be blocking the file from downloading. Check your browser or firewall settings.
6. The movie server may not be responding or traffic requests are so heavy that requests have timed out. Your internet connection may have been dropped.
7. The Internet traffic is heavy and everything is slowed down.

Some people report problems while using the Safari brower (Macintosh). There may be a conflict with Quicktime. Try this:

1. Open your hard drive in Finder
2. Browse to Library
3. Go to Internet Plugins folder
4. Delete "quicktimeplugin.webplugin" folder (i.e. drag it to Trash)
5. Re-launch Safari
