From swimming with mermaids and a Galactic Knight Academy, to Movies by the Bay and a firework show overlooking the San Diego Bay, the bayfront resort offers a lineup of memorable summer activities for all ages

We’re excited to share details on our upcoming summer programming and inaugural 4th of July Celebration.
Movies by the Bay
Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night through Labor Day weekend at 8:30 p.m. on the Marina Terrace (poolside), enjoy complimentary popcorn, and a family-friendly film. Chairs are provided. Fire pit experience, candy, and drinks are available for purchase.

Poolside Entertainment
Every weekend during the summer, enjoy live DJ sets, kids’ games every other hour including pickle ball, limbo, and fishing in the pool, action hero visits, and more. Cabana experiences are available for purchase.
– Fridays: Galactic Knight Academy from 3-5 p.m. Bring the kiddos to learn the ways of the knight with light sword training, a mind magic show, Galactic Knight graduation tattoos, and a light sword battle.
– Saturdays:: Island princesses, princes, and pirates are in for a treat! Take hula lessons and singing classes with our local Island Princess from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. followed by swimming with mermaids in the pool. From 3-5 p.m. The Pirate Captain will lead pirate training with an obstacle course, keepsake photos, and a scallywag tug-of-war.
– Sundays: Catch some rays with your favorite superheroes. American Captain and Spider Hero will join us poolside from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for Super Hero Training.
4th of July
Monday, July 4: Bay Terrace Coronado Firework Show
Reservations required for guaranteed firework seating and Chef Jesse’s BBQ dinner buffet. Buffet cost is $110 per person and $50 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. Additional for $100 all you can drink package option. Reservations can be made via Resy.
BBQ dinner menu highlights include 16 hour Smoked Black Angus Beef Brisket, Mary’s Barbequed Organic Chicken, BBQ Pork Ribs, BBQ Oysters, Grilled Summer Squashes, Asparagus and Mushrooms, Jumbo Hotdogs, Hamburgers, Smoked Potato Salad, and traditional sides, Fourth of July Cake, and more. In addition to the BBQ, 4th of July will also include:
o Magic shows, Americana face painting, and games will take place all day for the kids
o DJ from 3-6 p.m. and a live band from 6-10 p.m.
