Tucson: St. Philip’s Rising Stars Concert

Saint Philip’s Music Outreach Initiative provides performance opportunities for young musical stars in the Tucson area. The events feature an hour of special chamber music, followed by a reception with sweet treats.
Music lovers will appreciate the stellar performance but the concert is also a special opportunity for young people to watch a peer perform as a featured artist. Share this email with a young person you would like to inspire!

The second concert in this series* will be on Saturday, January 20. It will begin at 3:00pm and be followed by a reception with sweet treats. Seating is limited so reserve your place by calling Kay Couch at 520-299-2062.

The suggested $20.00 donation supports the musician and the reception but—as this is an outreach program—no one will be turned away. All are invited to enjoy an evening with young musicians who play beautiful music, and celebrate with them afterward.

The concert will be in the sanctuary and the reception will be in the Murphey Gallery.

*The third (and final) concert in this series will be at 7:00pm on Monday, April 15 (not April 8 as advertised previously).
