On the fast track towards a mainstream breakthrough, rising pop artist Haiden Henderson serves up a sexy new single entitled “sweat” out now via LAVA/Republic Records.
Fans have clamored for the song’s official release ever since he debuted it live last month on tour with Chandler Leighton. The demand resulted in over 10 million views across social media, over 1,000 “creates” in the first week and north of 15K-plus pre-saves. The single drips with 00s pop extravagance. Its dance floor-ready beat maintains a hypnotic tempo beneath the pulsating bassline which maintains Haiden’s well-established grunge flare. Locking into a groove, he commands, “Use those hips like a fucking weapon.” The energy practically overflows into the climactic chorus as he commands, “Girl, you need to sweat. Get into it.”
On the track, Henderson says “This song is so unique to me because I wanted something that could hold up in a club while still feeling like it was made by a pop rock artist. It kinda feels like a sister song to ‘hell of a good time’ but a bit more direct in its message.”
