For this special event, Chef and Mixologist Jesús Alfredo Pérez Blanco from Hermosillo, Sonora, returns to the Agave Heritage Festival after his celebrated role in the 2023 bi-national culinary experience. Known for his expertise in agave spirits, Jesús will showcase La Gritona, NETA Artisanal Mezcal, and PM Spirits, curating an evening of neat pours and refined cocktails that highlight the depth and tradition of Sonoran mixology.
