CATALYST Creative Collective welcomes summer with a kick-off fiesta at our location in the Tucson Mall! Join us as we celebrate and appreciate all the wonderful SAACA volunteers and the creative partners, artists, and non-profits that make up CATALYST. The afternoon will feature live music and dance, kids activities, food & beverages, and more. SAACA thrives only through the support of volunteers. We invite you to celebrate our vibrant and creative community!

Give your child the gift of creative expression this summer! Join us for 3 days and learn a variety jewelry design techniques. We will learn macrame, wirework, bead weaving, pendant making and more! This camp is for ages 8 and up. 3 day series runs June 12-14 from 10 p.m. to 1 p.m. each day + the market in July

EDPs Summer Recruitment Intensive is starting on June 3rd! Beth Braun will be teaching Horton-based Modern Technique classes with some conditioning. Dancers interested in joining EDP for our upcoming season are invited to join us after class to learn choreography from our repertory.

Maestro Riko is a multidisciplinary artist who operates at the intersection of art, wellness, and societal discourse. With over two decades of experience in music production, performance, and pioneering Wellness-Based Art, Riko seamlessly integrates his passion for sonic innovation with a profound commitment to mental well-being. During his time at CATALYST, the artist will be exploring the interconnectedness of music, technology, and mindfulness which includes the renowned “808s & Meditate: The Immersion.” program that seamlessly merges multimedia, music therapy, and mindfulness meditation, providing participants with transformative sonic encounters.

For Riko, every aspect of his work, from his sonic creations to his advocacy efforts, is an expression of artistry. He views his role as a curator of experiences and conversations, shaping spaces where creativity flourishes and transformative ideas take root. Through his holistic approach, Riko seeks to inspire others to embrace their own creative potential and contribute meaningfully to the collective tapestry of human experience.

CATALYST Creative Collective is located inside the Tucson Mall and combines over 14,000 square feet of flexible meeting, event, classroom and production space. SAACA conceived CATALYST after identifying a need for a dedicated community space that could uplift, connect and build stronger collaborations within our creative sector.
