High School Battle of the Bands

KXCI is partnering with Tucson Parks and Recreation High School Battle of the Bands on Sunday, April 6th. Bands with artists between the ages of 13 and 18 can apply until Friday, March 14th. The winning band will be invited to perform on Locals Only, among other prizes.
KXCI is committed to highlighting opportunities for youth and music in our community, and this free, family-friendly event will be a great way to discover emerging talent in our community. A KXCI DJ will be one of the judges, and you may spot Youth Broadcasters at the event! This will be a fun outdoor event for the whole family on Sunday, April 6th, at the Reid Park Demeester Bandshell beginning at noon, so save the date!
