Mine with the Iron Door Legend Talks

September 21, 2024 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm MST

On Saturday, September 21, at 4 p.m., author Robert Zucker will give a presentation on the legend and the history of the Mine with the Iron Door and the movie. Robert is the author of Treasures of the Santa Catalina Mountains and other books.

On Saturday, September 28, at 3 p.m., historian Jim Turner will give a talk on Harold Bell Wright, author of the book “Mine with the Iron Door”. Both presentations will be at the Acadia Ranch Museum. The presentations are free but donations are gratefully accepted.

Triangle Y Ranch, Oracle Piano Society and the Oracle Historical Society Present Rare Screening of The Mine with the Iron Door, 100th Anniversary of the 1924 Silent Movie Projection with Live Musical Accompaniment on Saturday and Sunday, October 5-6, 2024.
