PETEY USA RETURNS WITH NEW SINGLE , VIDEO & TOUR

With the release of his new single and video, “Model Train Town” (Capitol Records), Petey USA gives fans an intriguing glimpse into his forthcoming album. Fueled by his distinctive blend of angst, humor, raw honesty and explosive vocals, “Model Train Town” captures the uneasiness that ensues when a loved one just doesn’t get what you see in something – or someone. While earning acclaim for his music, Petey USA simultaneously built an avid fanbase with what The New Yorker hailed as his “silly and sweet comedy videos,” which have amassed over 500 million combined views across social media. The official video for “Model Train Town” marks the first time that a character from these skits has appeared in a music video. When Puff Sullivan – the cigarette-smoking hipster who dropped out of Central High – arrives on the scene, Petey USA’s relationship with his hodag companion falters, but he finds unexpected comfort in an apocalyptic dream. Petey USA will join Hippo Campus for select dates of the band’s North American tour, which launches in late January and includes a February 4 show at Brooklyn Paramount Theater in New York. In addition to numerous sold-out headline shows in 2024, Petey USA toured with Two Door Cinema Club, supported Blink-182 in Mexico City, joined Zach Bryan onstage at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena and played such festivals as Newport Folk and Austin City Limits.
