ROME (ex-Sublime with Rome) Releases New EP & Tour
Multi-platinum songwriter/producer ROME (Rome Ramirez, former frontman of Sublime with Rome) has released his new, long-awaited solo EP titled, GEMINI via 5 Music Incorporated/The Orchard.

Working together with powerhouse producer Dann Huff (Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Kane Brown, Carrie Underwood), ROME has been busy writing and recording his new music at La Grange Studios in Nashville. Described by the LA Times as “a West Coast cocktail of beachy reggae and hip hop-inspired grooves,” ROME’s loyal legion of fans around the world, better known as ROMIEZ, are united to celebrate the new release and continued success of his new hit single “Slow & Easy” (feat. Dirty Heads), which steadily continues its climb up the radio charts rising to #16 this week on the Alternative radio chart while amassing well over 3 Million global streams to date. In a recent interview with The Tennessean, producer Dann Huff compliments ROME’s voice and his phrasing with the rock edge and the soul giving him several “gears” as a musician, “When I get hired, my job is to make the music right for whoever calls me. Sometimes an artist doesn’t quite know who he or she is. Rome already knows.” Huff adds, “Basically, I’m just holding a mirror up to him saying, ‘Do you like this angle? How about this?’ It was really collaborative and at this point in my career, I really welcome that.”
ROME offers, “Gemini is the sound of me letting go of expectations and finding freedom in the music. This isn’t just another EP, it’s a reset button, a new chapter I needed to write. I’m truly honored to share the first glimpse into the musical world I’m building.”
