Telluride Gay Ski Week Unveils Star-Studded 2026 Lineup

As summer heats up, Telluride Gay Ski Week (TGSW) is already giving winter lovers something to look forward to: a dazzling lineup of LGBTQ+ talent for the 2026 edition, set to take place February 28 to March 7, 2026 in the scenic mountain town of Telluride, Colorado.

Headlining the event is Olympic freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy, who will return to Telluride to host Gay Ski Week immediately following his third and final bid for the Olympic Games. If he qualifies, the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan-Cortina will mark Kenworthy’s farewell to competition—and his first stop after the global stage could be back home in Colorado, where he plans to bring the energy straight from the slopes of Italy to the Rocky Mountains.

Now in its 24th year, Telluride Gay Ski Week has grown into one of the most unique and beloved LGBTQ+ winter events in North America. Attendees can expect a week of world-class skiing, outrageous entertainment, over-the-top parties, and community connection in one of the most beautiful mountain towns in the world.

Signature events include:

The Burlesque & Drag Show – A high-glam spectacle with performers from The House of Shimmy Shake, Suzy Wong & Friends, and AJA Talent dancers, followed by the western-themed Hoedown afterparty.

The Gay Sleigh – A horse-drawn sleigh ride through Telluride’s historic Aldasoro Ranch, leading to an intimate Spanish Basque-style dinner prepared by Chef Graeme Charles in an authentic sheep-herder’s tent.

Sweet Madness at Bon Vivant – An alpine dance party inspired by Europe’s legendary champagne après-ski culture, set at 10,000 feet with panoramic views, fine dining, and a killer DJ set.

Dancing on the Deck & Ski Parade – A colorful pride flag–waving descent to Gorrono Ranch, followed by outdoor music and celebration.

The Gay Chalet – A daily on-mountain hangout offering cocktails, cozy vibes, and camaraderie inside a rustic, western-style cabin.

Throughout the week, après-ski events will take over local venues before shifting to the Telluride Conference Center midweek, where DJs and special guests will turn up the energy. Each evening, TGSW highlights its culinary partners with LGBTQ+-friendly dinner options, and The Alibi will again serve as the official Late Night Lounge.

Discounted Early Bird pricing is available starting July 24—but prices will increase in November 2025 when the full event schedule and additional artist announcements are released. Single-event tickets will also go on sale in November, offering flexible options for those planning to attend à la carte.

Skiers and snowboarders can also take advantage of exclusive discounted lift tickets available only to TGSW attendees:

Save $56 per day on 4+ days of skiing
Lift tickets do not need to be used consecutively but are valid for any 10-day window between February 28 – March 10, 2026.
