More Tucson homes flood the market

Tucson real estate market continues sluggish trendThat Tucson home value is lower then
last year at this time when it was $195,000.00. In 2017, the price may
remain the same or drop slightly lower as new foreclosures hit the
Tucson real estate market. The inventory of homes for sales has
been slowly moving higher, currently above 10,000. Also, unit sales are
down to 752. It sounds really bad, unless maybe you’re the one buying. Compared to last year the average price
sale price of resale homes dropped just over 4% to $180,000.00.
Second, the listing inventory has jumped above 10,000 listings, that's
17% higher than the same month last year.. Many highend, luxury Tucson area homes
sell for under $200 a square foot, with some approaching the $100 a
square foot mark. The homes in many Tucson country club neighborhoods
are older and most have been remodeled through out the years.
