Cyber Friday is the new Black Friday

The traditional Black Friday sales event is on November 23, 2012 this year. It is considered to be the starting date of the holiday shopping season. On the web, this big sales event is now being called Cyber Friday. This Cyber Friday, Internet retailers ramp up their web ads early and start their online shopping sales along side of the traditional Black Friday shopping event in their stores.

On the internet Cyber Friday starts even earlier with some retailers who begin their After Thanksgiving sale at midnight the next day. This is the new Black Friday Midnight.

Traditional biggest sales day of the year

Black Friday is the name given to the day after Thanksgiving (the date usually the last Friday of the month) when many retailers hold extraordinary deals on specially selected merchandise in their stores.

Black Friday online is more convenient- no crowds, no driving, a much larger selection, online only discounts and all day to shop dozens of stores from your computer.
