A bold new chapter in global fan conventions begins today as HallowScreamCon, a groundbreaking entertainment mega-event, officially announces its Las Vegas residency at Las Vegas Convention Center and multi-venue rollout across the city. The debut show will run October 1–4, 2026, and is set to be one of the largest fan experiences in the world.
More than just a convention, HallowScreamCon is a fully immersive fanverse—a celebration of pop culture, fandom, nostalgia, and spectacle, all set in the entertainment capital of the world at the most thrilling time of year: Halloween. But make no mistake—this is not a Halloween convention. It is a multi-genre fan experience that spans film, TV, games, anime, comics, music, fashion, beauty, stunts, live performance, tattoo and tiki culture, theatre, and more. A living, breathing world for anyone who’s ever been obsessed with characters, stories, or the worlds that bring them to life.
After three years of planning, the event’s flagship venue is finally announced as the Las Vegas Convention Center with additional satellite venues set to be revealed in the coming months as part of a long-term goal to grow into a citywide takeover.
Think Comic-Con meets immersive theme park—with theatrical zones, narrative quests, exclusive screenings, hands-on horror, and behind-the-scenes access to the entertainment worlds fans love most. Every element is designed with a deep respect for fandom culture and a passion for storytelling.
Fans will enter a curated world divided into immersive zones, including:
Main Stage & Black Catwalk – Cosplay contests, live shows, and major celebrity reveals
ScreamLabs – A pitch zone for creators of original horror, sci-fi, and fantasy IP
The SINema – Screenings of horror classics, cult gems, and premieres
Meet & Greet Graveyard – Celebrity photo ops and panels with a gothic twist
GAME OVER – Horror gaming, esports, VR, and interactive challenges
The Crossroads – Tattoos, retro fashion, tiki culture, lowbrow art
SFX & Beauty – Glam, gore, makeup artistry, and live transformations
Otaku Obscura – Anime, manga, K-horror, and Eastern fandoms
Paranormal Activity Zone – Ghost hunters, séances, and supernatural lore
Art & Animation Zone – Comic artists, illustrators, voice actors
The PUNKINS Zone – A whimsical, family-friendly world of games and daytime fun
Something Wicked – An after-dark playground for 18+ scares and adult content
The ShriekEasy – A hidden tiki haunt with its own cinematic backstory
At the heart of the narrative is Countess Shrieky Von Tiki, a cursed 1950s starlet who vanished after sipping a forbidden cocktail called The Final Scream. Her legend lives on in the ShriekEasy, but finding her requires fans to play her game. Starting this fall, a nationwide treasure hunt will scatter HallowScream Coins and cryptic riddles across social media, fandom hubs, and major cities. Solving them will unlock secret show content, prizes, and access.
Signature events include the glamorous HallowScream Ball, the nostalgic Freaky Friday Fright Night (a Halloween prom tribute to the ’80s–’00s), and The PUNKINS, a daytime celebration for families and young creepers.
Early bird tickets will be released October 1st, 2025—exactly one year before the show opens. With a strong waiting list already in place, these are expected to sell out quickly. Fans are encouraged to sign up early, follow the clues, and unlock exclusive early access rewards before general admission opens.
Behind the scenes, HallowScreamCon is produced by Screen Masters International, a female-founded, independently led company redefining the fan convention landscape. CEO Kelly Warnell, one of the few women in the world leading a production of this scale, shares:
“We’re not here to separate, we’re here to elevate. HallowScreamCon was born out of a love for entertainment, fandom, Halloween, and spectacle—and it’s designed to welcome everyone into the experience. It’s also important to show that leadership in this space can look different. Vision, scale, and creativity know no gender.”
“We’re excited to welcome this brand-new event to the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC),” said John Schreiber, Vice President of business sales for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, which owns and operates the LVCC. “Las Vegas is a city fueled by entertainment and creative vision, making it the perfect setting for a convention that brings imagination to life.”
HallowScreamCon also proudly announces its official charity partner: Critical Care Comics, a Las Vegas–based nonprofit that delivers comic books and superhero joy to hospitalized children across the U.S.
