Summer Live Entertainment and Activities Return to Campland on the Bay ®
June 15-September 4, 2021
Campland on the Bay, San Diego’s iconic RV campground, is pleased to resume the beloved Campland Rocks live music programming along with a robust weekly activities schedule presenting fun ways for guests of all ages to responsibly socialize and be active outdoors all summer long.
Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. beginning June 18 through September 4, resort guests are invited to Campland’s sprawling Central Park lawn for open-air musical performances by Southern California’s top cover bands. Get up and dance or bring a blanket and lawn chairs to lounge on while enjoying the show. Take food and drinks to-go from the resort’s Cantina restaurant, just steps from the entertainment.
Starting on June 15, parents can relax and enjoy Campland’s idyllic bayfront location while staff members host a variety of fun-filled games and activities to entertain kids outdoors. Take a ride on the new Giant Water Slide, play a game of Human Foosball, get creative at a Tie Dye workshop, or burn some energy with a game of Dodgeball. Adults can also join the fun with weekly Yoga classes, Horseshoe tournaments, and Bean Bag Toss matches.
Campland’s activities and amenities are available to guests staying overnight at Mission Bay RV Resort, accessible via a short walk or bike ride over the Mike Gotch Memorial Bridge. For guests who do not own an RV, local RV rental companies are available to deliver a sanitized RV to your site, set up and ready to enjoy. RV rental arrangements must be made directly through the rental companies. Tent camping is also available at Campland on the Bay.
