Sculpture Tucson, the local non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing Arizona’s cultural landscape through public art projects, workshops, and the creation of a sculpture park in Tucson, announces its Annual Sculpture Tucson Festival Show and Sale. Over the same weekend last year, the festival featured over fifty sculptors and attracted approximately 3,000 attendees from a variety of local and out-of-state communities.
“We are thrilled to witness the growth and continued demand for our annual Festival Show and Sale,” says, Jeff Timan of Sculpture Tucson. “Most importantly, this event gives our amazing local artists a platform to showcase their works and also allows our community to come and see what brilliant talent exists right in our own backyard — and we are proud to facilitate that.”
The festival commences with a rousing Preview Party on Friday, March 15, 2024 offering collectors a unique opportunity to meet participating sculptors and have the first peek at the festival’s outstanding selection of sculptures from Arizona and beyond. The Preview Party from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. will feature live music, gourmet horsd’oeuvres, wine and beer.
