5th Annual RHYTHM & BREWS FESTIVAL LINEUP ANNOUNCED FOR OCTOBER 22
Festival features live music, food, craft beer and wine
GREENSBORO, GA – Reynolds Lake Oconee and OPAS (Oconee Performing Arts Society) will present the Rhythm & Brews Festival on Saturday, Oct. 22 beginning at 5:00pm at Reynolds Lake Oconee’s historic Sandy Creek Barn Amphitheatre. Tickets go on sale today, September 1st at 11am EST at OPAS.org.
Headlining the 2022 festival is Barenaked Ladies. Over the course of their 34-year career, the Toronto quartet has sold 15 million records worldwide and built up an arsenal of hits such as “If I Had $1,000,000,” “One Week,” “Pinch Me” and “The Big Bang Theory Theme.” Widely acknowledged as one of the best live acts on the planet, BNL has hosted a cruise, had its own ice cream flavor, won eight Juno Awards, and was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2018. They released their 16th studio album, Detour de Force, in 2021.
“With a great musical line up, plus more tasting and food options than ever before, this year’s Rhythm & Brews Festival is the ‘can’t miss’ music event of the fall” said Tim Hong, Chief Operating Officer for Reynolds Lake Oconee.
Along with great music, Rhythm & Brews features a beer and wine garden providing more than 30 hand-crafted selections for tasting along with food offerings. Guests must be 21 and older.
General admission is $150 and includes access to the craft beer and wine tasting, concert, and on-site parking.
For guests seeking the ultimate Rhythm & Brews experience, VIP tickets are available for $350 and include general admission access plus exclusive VIP amenities including a VIP hospitality suite presented by Proximo Spirits, complimentary food offerings, dedicated on-site parking, private hosted bar, and special viewing area during the concert.
From old favorites to new passions, Reynolds Lake Oconee regularly presents a wide variety of performances and exhibitions, each one a unique expression that mirrors the shared spirit of the community. The Linger Longer Living cultural series—which runs throughout the year—brings educational and cultural arts directly to the community, including lectures, discussions, hands-on experiences, food and wine tastings, five-course dinners, and concerts. Additionally, the greater Lake Oconee communities of Eatonton, Greensboro, and Madison offer a full menu of cultural programming open to the public, from operas and dramatic performances to music festivals produced by OPAS.
