The 2024 Shirley Agnos Arizona Town Hall Legacy Award Winner is…Hon. Patricia K. Norris
Patricia K. Norris currently serves as chair of the Town Hall research committee and she regularly acts as a facilitator for Town Hall programs. She served as Board Chair from 2019-2021.
Judge Norris served on the Arizona Court of Appeals (Division One) from 2003 to 2017. Before joining the court, Judge Norris was a partner at the Phoenix firm, Lewis and Roca. Judge Norris has taught as an adjunct professor at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, published articles on civil litigation, and co-edited the Arizona Attorneys’ Fees Manual. She is a frequent lecturer at legal and judicial education programs.
