Arizona Town Hall Annual Meeting

ANNUAL MEETING AND SUMMIT ON TOPICS

During the luncheon, participants will hear presentations on the top potential topics for 2025 (as identified by our Annual Topic Survey).

• Water – Sarah Porter, Director, Kyl Center for Water Policy at Arizona State University’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy
• Workforce Development – Daniel Barajas, District Deputy Chief Director, Workforce & Economic Development Strategy, Maricopa County Community Colleges District (MCCCD)
• Housing – Nico Howard, Co-Founder, Home Arizona; Co-Owner, Nidax Limited Partnership

The lunch presentation is open to the public and a great program for anyone interested in the hottest issues facing Arizona. After lunch, participants will engage in panel discussions to help select the 2025 topic.

THE 2023 SHIRLEY AGNOS ARIZONA TOWN HALL LEGACY AWARD WINNER IS…ELIZABETH MCNAMEE

Arizona Town Hall will present the award during the 2023 Annual Meeting.Elizabeth McNamee is a consultant and life fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is especially skilled in consensus building among diverse groups. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree from Trinity University and her master’s degree from the University of Texas, School of Public Health. Over her career, Elizabeth served in senior executive positions with public and private health organizations; and held volunteer leadership positions with a number of organizations including Mountain Park Health Center, the Community College of the Air Force, National Health Service Corp, the Economic Club of Phoenix, as well as Arizona Town Hall. Elizabeth continues to volunteer with Arizona Town Hall; with Mountain Park Health Center, as chair of the board development committee; and with the City of Phoenix, as a member of the Health Care Benefits Trust Board.
