Autumn Moon Eve is Friends of the Festival kickoff to TMY 2026
On Friday, September 25, we’re gathering the people who make Tucson Meet Yourself possible for an evening of music, dance, food, and good company — and we’d love for you to be there.
Autumn Moon Eve is our Friends of the Festival kickoff to TMY 2026, hosted at the Tucson Chinese Cultural Center (TCCC), sponsored by Long Realty, and timed to the TCCC’s Autumn Moon Festival. Expect lion and dragon dancing, Hawaiian hula, traditional Chinese music, live calligraphy, mooncakes and small bites from across our cultural communities, and a pop-up market. The evening is a first look at this year’s festival — a landmark year, with Tucson chosen as one of more than 30 festivals nationwide for the Smithsonian’s Of the People initiative.

Here’s the thing: Autumn Moon Eve is by invitation only, for Friends of the Festival. Become a Friend this week and your invitation is in.
