Cave Creek Museum & Kiwanis Family Fun Days to feature “Our First Responder Heroes!”

On Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 2-4 PM, Cave Creek Museum’s Kiwanis Family Fun Days will host “Our First Responder Heroes!”
“Would you know what to do in a fire?” says Evelyn Johnson, executive director for the museum. “Would you like to learn some fire safety tips? How about see a fire truck up close? You will be able to do all these things thanks to the Daisy Mountain Fire Department.”
A representative from Daisy Mountain will be on hand to discuss fire safety and afterwards see a real fire engine up close (please note – unless they are called to an emergency). Please register ahead of time on the museum’s website at cavecreekmuseum.org. This event is free thanks to the generous support from Kiwanis Club of Carefree.
The 53-year-old museum’s mission is to preserve the artifacts of the prehistory, history, culture and legacy of the Cave Creek Mining District and the Cave Creek/Carefree foothills area through education, research and interpretive exhibits.
