Fall Southern AZ Home Show to bring America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country stars Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster to the Tucson Convention Center. The culinary experts will give presentations and meet with visitors on October 3 & 4
Two stars of the culinary world will delight and inspire visitors to the Fall Southern AZ Home Show when it takes place Friday, October 3 through Sunday, October 5 at the Tucson Convention Center.
Julia Collin Davison and Bridget Lancaster are the chefs, cookbook authors, and executive food editors for multi-platform cooking resource America’s Test Kitchen and co-hosts of its award-winning public television programs America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country. They will give presentations and meet with show visitors on Friday, October 3 at 1 p.m. and Saturday, October 4 at 1 p.m.
“We’re excited to visit Tucson, which has such a vibrant food culture,” said Bridget. “We’re also looking forward to spending some time with the fans of America’s Test Kitchen, and all the visitors to the Fall Southern Arizona Home Show,” said Julia.
Julia and Bridget will take show attendees behind the scenes of America’s Test Kitchen to learn all about what it takes to be a test cook; what it’s like to film the shows; experience a scientific taste test; and may even call some to the stage to participate in the fun. They will cook two recipes that showcase how simple meals for two can still be spectacular.
Experts with solutions for home projects will also be a big part of the Fall Southern AZ Home Show (formerly the SAHBA Home Show), the region’s largest and most comprehensive home and outdoor living show. Visitors can shop, compare, and save while gaining new ideas and practical advice from more than 200 trusted local exhibitors showcasing home-related products and services.
“Visitors depend on the show as the most reliable and convenient source for connecting with the companies, products and services they need for maintaining or improving their homes,” said Show Manager Lucy Ferguson. “With more than 20 categories of home experts, the show offers solutions for both indoor and outdoor home areas.”
Show visitors will enjoy a reconfigured floor plan that will feature a new outdoor living display upon entering the Tucson Convention Center, and in the lower level Exhibit Hall, they’ll find Petopia, the Artisans Aisle, and both the Fresh Ideas Stage and the Culinary Showcase Stage located in more central, prominent positions.
