First Sunday Music at Saint Philip’s

Here our choirs remount Ēriks Ešenvalds original work written last year for the parish: Saint Philip’s Missa Brevis. The ensemble will play in conjunction with lush instrumental additions by Gerald Finzi and Patrick Hawes. You are invited to the 9:00am or 11:15am service this coming Sunday, November 5,2023.

Saint Philip’s in the Hills strives to bring the finest quality choral music to its worship services by incorporating substantial works directly into the liturgy. Every first Sunday of the month (October-May), the choirs present such an offering at the 9:00am and 11:15am services, often with instrumental accompaniment.
