See the performing arts meld with public art under the newly installed exhibition in the East Breezeway, Gathering Light by choreographer Carley Conder and visual artists Kris Manzanares. TCA Resident Artist CONDER/dance performs its newly commissioned work, Gathering Light, to open the TCA 2021-2022 season in collaboration with Manzanares.

Gathering Light embarks on an investigation of understanding through the alchemy of dance and visual art. This new dance work creates a space where the Tempe community can gather and celebrate the human imagination. Utilizing music by Bach and Elvis, Gathering Light embodies our community’s collaborative spirit and collective resilience.
