The scare-free Halloween attraction Glowing Pumpkins will be open to the public from dusk to 10 p.m. Sept. 23-Oct. 31 excluding Mondays and Tuesdays at Tucson Mall, 4500 N. Oracle Rd.

Glowing Pumpkins, a growing international alternative to haunted houses, offers a relaxed, immersive, fun-for-the-whole-family spectacle of art, light, costumed characters, and themed stops along an outdoor quarter-mile trail. The happy Halloween is a new venture for the popular Slaughterhouse, which has operated a scary haunted house in Tucson for 18 years that was rated No. 1 Haunted House in the United States last year by Scurryface Media.
