John Mayer Tour

September 13, 2023 @ 12:00 am MST

A SPECIAL EVENING OF MUSIC TO BENEFIT THE HEART AND ARMOR FOUNDATION

JOHN MAYER SOLO
THE WILTERN
SEPTEMBER 19, 2023

Tickets on Sale Friday, Sept. 15 at 10 am

John Mayer will perform a very special solo concert at the historic Wiltern in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Sept. 19, before the singer/songwriter kicking off the fall leg of his highly successful and acclaimed solo tour. Tickets start at $99, and 100% of the show proceeds benefit the Heart and Armor Foundation – a foundation for veterans’ health that Mayer founded in 2012. Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 15 at 10 AM via Ticketmaster.

As The Wiltern is a sizably smaller venue than the arenas and stadiums that currently host John’s concerts, fans must register with Verified Fan to receive a code before Friday’s on-sale. Confirmation codes will be sent on Thursday, Sept. 14, and will be needed to purchase tickets. For more information, visit JohnMayer.com.

To give fans the best chance to buy tickets at face value, John Mayer has requested tickets to this event be mobile only and restricted from transfer. If you purchase a ticket and can’t attend, you can list your ticket for sale at the price you paid on Ticketmaster’s Face Value Ticket Exchange. There will be no additional fees charged to Exchange users for buying or selling tickets on the Exchange.

Two pairs of tickets for this show will be auctioned off via Charity Auctions Today Each pair will come with one autographed poster of the evening’s lineup and early entry into the venue to get the best view in the house. Bidding starts now.

In 2012, the Heart and Armor collaborative team began researching and developing innovative support for veterans. The success of Heart and Armor Foundation pilot studies has generated nearly $8 million in grants for further research from scientific funding agencies and has built a portfolio of work that exceeds philanthropic contributions by a margin of 5:1. Results and progress are publicly accessible and replicable through scientific journal publications. For more information about how your proceeds are being used, visit https://www.heartandarmor.org/ or contact Heart and Armor at info@heartandarmor.org.

There’s nobody quite like John Mayer. He has emerged as a GRAMMY® Award-winning artist, celebrated songwriter, and iconic guitar player all at once. The Bridgeport, CT native introduced himself on the quintuple-platinum Room For Squares in 2001 and has earned three #1 debuts on the Billboard Top 200 with the triple-platinum Heavier Things [2003], double-platinum Battle Studies [2009], and gold Born and Raised [2012].

In addition to selling over 20 million albums worldwide and gathering billions of streams to date, he has garnered seven GRAMMY® Awards, including “Song of the Year” for “Daughters,” and has earned a record seven U.S. No. 1s on Billboard’s Top Rock Albums chart and 25 entries on the Hot Rock Songs chart, the most for any solo artist.

In 2015, Dead & Company was founded, with Mayer on lead guitar as well as vocals. Since its formation, the band has completed 10 tours, performing to more than four million fans across 235 shows, and has become a record-breaking stadium act. In addition, $13+ million has been raised to support nonprofits and environmental and social causes. In 2021, Sob Rock, Mayer’s eighth studio album, was released to critical acclaim, featuring the hits “Last Train Home” and “Wild Blue.”
