As another landmark year draws to a close, GRAMMY-nominated six-piece funk outfit Lettuce will close out 2026 touring their latest album Cook with two nights at the Miami Band Shell in Miami, FL. The band will perform on December 31, 2026 and January 1, 2027 delivering their signature blend of fan favorites, deep cuts in their catalog, carefully crafted covers, and improvisational explorations. Local and artist pre-sales are at 10am local tomorrow and public on-sale will be Friday, July 17th at 10am local.
The New Year’s announcement also follows the recent launch of Lettuce World, the band’s new official membership community and direct-to-fan platform. Developed in partnership with Volume.com, Lettuce World gives fans access to exclusive livestreams, archival performances, ticket presales, merchandise discounts, exclusive products, and premium content while creating a dedicated home for the band’s growing community. The platform also includes a rollout of the band’s intimate “House of LETT” shows that took place in Denver, CO this past December which captured the show in professional cinematic footage. Fans can delve into Lettuce World and become a member HERE.
Speaking on their excitement to return to Miami, drummer Adam Deitch says, “Miami!! NYE will be one for the books!! 2 nites 4 sets of Funky music straight from our hearts to yours! Lett your squad know!!””Miami has the best beaches, restaurants and nightlife,” adds bassist Erick “Maverick” Coomes. “I personally can’t wait to go back there for any reason at all but the best reason is Lettuce is playing 2 nights in a row at the Bandshell.”
The New Years shows will also support the next generation of artists. A $1 charitable contribution is included with every ticket sold through a partnership with the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Music Is A Language. The initiative supports Lettuce’s mission to fund a transformative scholarship for a deserving student to attend the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where the roots of Lettuce first took hold with founding members of the group initially meeting at a summer music program.
For nearly a year, Lettuce has toured their new 16-track album Cook internationally with shows throughout Europe, Japan, Australia, and several robust domestic tours. This summer, the tour continues with key plays in Los Angeles, Seattle, Brooklyn, Charlotte, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, and and more, alongside appearances at festivals and symphonic collaborations throughout the summer and fall including four nights at SFJAZZ in San Francisco starting tomorrow and running through Sunday.
