Are you looking to improve your health and fitness in 2024?

Keeping active is important at any age! Whatever your fitness level or needs may be, there are activities that can help you reach your goals. If you’re starting a new exercise routine in the new year, try to include these four types of exercise:
• Endurance. Walk around the neighborhood, mow the lawn, or play tennis.
• Strength. Grip and release a tennis ball, lift weights, or do arm curls.
• Balance. Stand from a seated position, try tai chi, or practice standing on one foot.
• Flexibility. Practice yoga, stretch, or roll your shoulders.

Learn more about how these four types of exercise can improve your health and physical fitness.
